The team that came to assist us during and after our basement flood was excellent. They were reliable, trustworthy, professional and genuinely good people. They worked hard to move quickly and respectfully around our home and the work itself was very well done. They left everything organized and cleaned up after themselves. Rich was on-site soon after the damage was reported. A plan was put into place. It was difficult to find a contractor, but Rich stayed with it until we found one. The contractor he chose was excellent. Finished the work, did an amazing job, making sure the dock structure is 100% sound and also looks amazing. When we needed to pour some concrete, which was not in the original brief, Rich went to bat and got some extra coverage for us. He also supervised the job and was on site frequently to check. When things slowed down, he applied pressure while still keeping things rolling and positive. We are very very happy with our dealings with ServiceMaster, and we especially enjoyed working with Rich who kept everything rolling and positive throughout what turned out to be a major construction project. thanks !
